Delivery Information

We primarily use couriers and registered Royal Mail for smaller items. Items have to be signed for on delivery.

If you order before 3:30pm most items are available for next day delivery, but please confirm when placing an order if your item is available for next day delivery.

If you place an order online and it is urgent please ring the office (0800 298 5086 or 01530 510080) and confirm we have the order, payment & have the item readily avaliable within our shipping deadlines. 

Items out for delivery via a courier will be delivered anytime between 9:00am & 5:00pm (unless you request a timed delivery) and they have to be signed for. 

We can offer timed deliveries at an extra cost. Items can be requested to arrive before 9am, 10am or 12 midday.  Please ask while placing your order. 

We can give the courier instructions to leave parcels with neighbours, but this is at your own risk and we still require a signature. 

Please note that our couriers can not guarantee next day delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. 

If the courier fails to deliver your item, they should leave a card with all their contact details on so you can re-arrange the delivery or organise a collection. 

If you do not receive this card, please give the office a ring and we will give you your consigment number and your local depot contact details. 

If you do not contact the depot the item will be sent back to us, and another charge may be incurred to re-send the item. 

Any bulk order of items may require longer shipping times. i.e pallets may take 3 - 4 days delivery, depending on product and delivery address. 

We can deliver to Northern, & the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands and to Europe. Please ring the office for a quote before you place your order. 

For payments from outside the UK we only accept PayPal with Confimed addresses & bank transfers. 

Any short deliveries must be notified to the carrier and Revolution immediately and in writing within 3 days.

Damaged or opened cartons must be checked or refused delivery.

Please note delivery dates quoted are a guide only and will not be legally binding unless specified as part of a contract.


Cancellation Policy

In the event that you place an order with us and then cancel that order we reserve the right to charge you for work done and materials ordered to fulfil your order. No cancellation wil be permitted after we have completed the order even though this may still be prior to despatch and delivery. 

Return / Refund Policy

In the case of faulty and/or damaged goods you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number here. You must supply full and precise details as to the nature of any fault. 

You must then produce the faulty or damaged goods within 30 days of receipt to enable us to inspect said goods. Goods found to be faulty or damaged will be repaired or replaced at your request or a refund issued if so requested. 

Please be aware that no claim of faulty or damaged goods will be considered by us after the expiration of 30 days or if the preceding returns procedure is not followed. 

Website Orders

Once you have submitted your order on the website Revolution will process your order once we are happy that your order satisfies our security and anti-fraud criteria.

These criteria are as follows.

When paying by credit/debit card we will only ship to the confirmed billing address of the cardholder except by prior arrangement. 

When paying by PayPal we will only ship to a PayPal confirmed address.

Orders submitted with a purchase order will only be completed for customers who have a credit account with Revolution.

In the case of orders that do not satisfy the above criteria Revolution will attempt to contact the buyer and request further information to enable us to complete the order.

If we are unable to confirm the necessary details within 30 days of the order being placed the order will be cancelled and no monies will be taken from the customer.

It is the responsibility of the customer to keep up-to-date contact details in their account to allow us to contact you in such circumstances. Out of date or incomplete contact information may result in your orders not being completed.

No orders will be shipped until payment has been received.
